The Bar Department is responsible for serving alcoholic beverages in areas such as night clubs, discos, decks, restaurants, room service, private parties and all bar areas on board Cruise Ships.

Bar Steward/Stewardess/Cocktail Waiter/waitresses:
Responsible for serving alcoholic beverages to passengers in lounges and decks. 2 years experience required.
Bar Deck Steward:
Mostly for male only. Set-up all funnitures for party in every place but not for daily, responsible for all set-up sun bed/chair for the guest in every morning and storing back in the evening/sun set.
Bar Waiter/Waitress:
Responsible for serving alcoholic beverages to passengers in all bar areas, set up bar stations, assist in re-stocking and cleaning. Must have experience in working in bars, restaurants or hotels. This position not so much doing guest contact.
Bartender:
The Bartender must provide fast, professional and courteous service to all guests. As a member of the Beverage Staff, you will require to serve several passengers at their station at one time. The employee must handle their orders smoothly, efficiently and pleasantly. All Bartenders must comply with the United States Public Health (USPH) Sanitary rules. Very importantly, you must know your cocktail/bar mixes and know the proper glass and garnish for each drink. You will learn the procedures for ordering supplies and beverages maintaining the indicated stock.
